Origin

Zarthi [ˈzär-ˈthi] noun; is a combination of two words – Biz.(business) and Sarthi (Hindi word for companion)

In the Hindu epic Mahabharata, Lord Krishna was the charioteer “Sarthi” for Arjuna, one of the heroes in the battle between the Pandavas and the Kauravas. As a charioteer “Sarthi,” Lord Krishna became Arjuna's guiding force. Lord Krishna’s divine wisdom and mentoring of Arjuna led to the Pandavas winning over the Kauravas. Hence, the word Sarthi has been immortalized in Indian culture. It is a revered word signifying a companion and guide in your journey.

With the intent of being the Sarthi who accelerates businesses, we picked biz, an abbreviation for business. Combining biz with Sarthi, Zarthi was born. Rallying behind Zarthi's idea, our brilliant design team came up with the logo imbibing the spirit of Sarthi. The letter ‘Z’ in Zarthi’s logo symbolizes a business. It encapsulates the letter ‘S,’ symbolizing Sarthis. The horse encapsulated in the letter ‘H’ along with the stroke connecting it to the letter ‘Z’ symbolizes a chariot.

Founder & CEO
Born to Techpreneurs, Aditya wanted to be an engineer ever since he was in grade 5. So, he studied electrical engineering from Georgia Tech and got his Masters in AI/ML from Stanford. Having successfully bootstrapped Centilytics, a product company, to a $3 million ARR. He's now building Zarthi with a vision to help all businesses scale faster.

Hailing from an Army background, Desh Deepak has a rich experience of staying in multiple states across India. After completing his engineering in Computer Sciences, Desh Deepak started exploring his affinity for problem-solving as he started out in Centilytics' Quality Assurance team. Rising through the ranks, he currently heads QA for Zarthi.

Fueled by her enthusiasm of everything finance, Devisa completed her MBA in Finance from IIM Lucknow after getting her Commerce degree from St. Xavier's, Kolkata. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Devisa was working as an AVP, Markets, at Citigroup as the startup bug bit her and she joined Zarthi to head finance.

Born into a defense family, Ekansh got pan-India exposure from an early age. After getting his engineering degree from Manipal and MBA from MDI, Gurgaon, he also completed his MiM from ESCP, Paris. After starting his professional career with Simplilearn, he joined Centilytics and rose through the ranks to head Sales and is currently building a global sales team for Zarthi.

Constantly driven by his inner excitement of figuring out something new, Himank started his career as a dot-net engineer for Maruti Suzuki and 4C. He then soon joined Centilytics as a Product Manager and true to his belief in mamba mentality, he rose up the ranks to head the Product Practice at Zarthi.

Kushagra started out as one of the earliest members of Centilytics. After completing his engineering in Computer Sciences, he began his journey out as a software developer. He then soon realized his knack for processes and operations, which kickstarted his execution journey and he is currently heading the operations for Zarthi.

Passionate about psychology, Mahesh also holds a Double Master's degree in Applied Psychology and Information Technology. He chose IT to build a career and started as a Software Developer, focusing on research, development, and integration solutions. Over time, he took on a leadership role, guiding teams to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to product development.
